The Shure PG58® unidirectional (cardioid) dynamic vocal microphone is designed for professional vocal use in live performance, sound reinforcement, and PG58 Vocal Microphone is a rugged microphone tuned to accentuate the clarity of lead and back-up vocals.

The PG58-XLR Pack includes a 15 ft (4.57m) XLR to XLR Cable, Microphone Clip, 5/8" to 3/8" Thread Adapter, and Storage Bag and Shure Cable keeper and a Shure Bumper Sticker.

Rugged construction, a proven shock mount system, and a steel mesh grille ensure that even with rough handling, the PG58 will perform consistently, outdoors or indoors.

The tailored frequency response is smooth and extended and tuned specifically for vocal applications.

The Cardioid polar pattern picks up the most sound from in front of the microphone and some sound from the sides. It is less susceptible to feedback in high volume settings.

The Dynamic cartridge has a simple, rugged coil which Handles extreme volume levels without distortion.

This Cartridge includes a neodymium magnet for high output level.

The Mic has an Internal shock mount for reduced handling noise.

It is built of Durable metal construction.

The VG58 has an on/off switch for onstage control.

The hardened steel mesh ball grille that resists wear and abuse.

The integral "pop" filter reduces explosive breath sounds and wind noise.
