This is a rare acoustic bass guitar with the gloss top in the 00 body size in the Martin Line. The fourteen fret neck has a Solid Rosewood fingerboard and plays like a dream. The top of the guitar is made form Solid Sitka Spruce and has a full gloss finish. The back and sides are made from Genuine South American Mahogany and have a smooth satin finish which contributes to the sweet low bass sound. The Mahogany on this guitar is exceptionally beautiful and it gives the guitar a sound that is astonishing. The solid Sitka spruce bracing on the Top makes this guitar project like very few acoustic basses of this sizes. It is a thin body bass but there is nothing thin about the sound. Even though the bass has a large sound acoustically it has a great electronics system on it. It is equipped with the Fishman Prefix Pro Bass EQ and Pickup System Factory installed. The bass really sounds super and surprisingly like an upright when plugged in. It has a super great action that plays so easily. This pristine acoustic bass guitar was built in the past year and has been used less than one hour. It is spotless and exactly like new. This bass guitar comes with the Black Hard Shell Factory Martin Case and all the original Martin papers and goodies. The guitar is spotless and just like new and in un-played condition with no wear at all anywhere on it or the case. It comes with a brand new set of Martin Strings installed and has been professionally set up to play super well and fast with these strings.
