Oklahoma Vintage Guitar is a locally owned family business that has grown to world wide service over the years. We have enjoyed a reputation for knowing our guitars and for excellent customer satisfaction and service all around America and across the planet. We don't stop until our customers are happy. Because of that many of our customers come back time and time again. We don't just do this for the money. We do it for the music and for the instruments and for the musicians. You will notice on our items, we don't just cut and paste the pictures of the instruments off the factory web sites. We carefully photograph each model from several angles. We actually play and set up each guitar to customer requests.

Each one is special to us and we treat them that way. We take this kind of special care with each of our customers. In fact, our buyers are clients to us, because the relationship is ongoing and we usually serve them with multiple instruments as time passes.

All you have to do is put 25% of the total purchase down when you put an item on layaway. You then have a full 90 days to pay off your purchase with NO fees and NO interest!
Because we take the item off the market and keep it safe for you while you payoff the layaway balance the first 25% is non-refundable.

Shipping Information:

In most cases your item will ship on the day following payment. If your payment is received early in the day there is a very good possibility that it will go out the same day it was purchased. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, and most standard USA holidays. Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground. Other services are available, some at an additional fee.

We do not rush any of our items during set up or packing, however we do spend a significantly longer amount of time on our high end guitars, for this reason they can take 10 days to 2 weeks before they leave our office. We have a professional set up technician on our staff that sets up all our high end items ensuring that when your new addition arrives at its new home it is ready to go straight from the box.

Due to shipping from multiple locations, items that do not say free shipping will have a shipping charge. So if you are looking to get a few items and one says free shipping and the others do not, there may still be shipping charges. You are welcome to contact us via email or phone for info regarding our shipping policies.

Return Policy for Oklahoma Vintage Guitar/Best Price Guitar El Reno, OK

Oklahoma Vintage Guitar and Best Price Guitar have built a wonderful world-wide reputation for customer service and care. We work very hard to be sure our customers are well taken care of and get what they need. The return privilege is in place for the purpose of making sure that our customers know we are honorable reasonable business people. We do understand there will always be those who seek to abuse a privilege and this policy is written to establish the boundaries providing for our excellent customer satisfaction and to prevent the abuse of the same.

We are the home of the 90-Day return policy and we believe this is the best in the music industry. However there are certain conditions and requirements and even exceptions to the full return privilege and for this reason we highly recommend that you read this entire return policy to prevent any surprises for yourself in the rare event that a return would be deemed necessary on your part.

Subject to the parameters stated below, all returns must meet certain guideline, which are without exception.

Concerning loss or damage of the shipment of your item: Please report any loss or damage to Best Price Guitar/Oklahoma Vintage Guitar 1-888-422-0788 within 3 days of discovery of such, if not sooner. Retain the original carton and packaging material for inspection. Please list in detail and in writing the problem with the item and please be specific. If possible, point out all damages to the carrier when the item is delivered.

Requirements concerning the return of merchandise:

1. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Best Price Guitar/Oklahoma Vintage Guitar before returning any merchandise. Do not return any merchandise without a return authorization number issued from us or you will be charged a restocking fee and if there is a refund for the item it will be issued no less than 90 days after the return is received. Without an RA# some items may be lost in shipment without our knowledge and never be refunded.

2. All returns must be well packed in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Credit card returns are issued a credit for purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only and exclude shipping and handling charges.

3. All returns must be complete with all collateral materials such as cases, straps, cables, care kits, certificates of authenticity, warranty cards, manuals, and any other materials that originally shipped with the item.

4. All returned items in brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials.

5. All returned shipments must be fully insured by the customer because a lost or damaged item without the insurance could never be expected to be refunded. When the customer insures the item they should have the privilege of filing a claim with the carrier or insurance provided to recover their loss.

Special Note:

Return privileges are reserved for our customers who pay the online price. If you make a deal for a lesser price, the full refund policy will be made on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any return based on several circumstances such as condition, reasons for return, etc.



Return items not meeting these requirements may be refused or a restocking fee of up to 50% may be assessed. The levels of our 90-Day Return Policy are as follows: From 1 Day to 30-Days: If you are not completely satisfied with any product, return it for a full refund of the product purchase price as a credit or exchange for an equal value item of your choice. We give you 30 days from the shipping date. In some cases where delivery delays are beyond the customer’s control exceptions may be extended at our discretion. The customer must let us know of the delivery delay and obtain the extension of the 30 day period in writing or email from us. Again all returns are subject to the return requirements above. From 31 days to 60 days you can return an item for an 85% refund of the product purchase price if it meets the return requirements above. On this level we give you 31 to 60 days from the date we shipped the item to you from our warehouse. Again on the 31 to 60 day return level all returns are still subject to the return requirements above. From 61 days to 90 days you can return an item for a 75% refund of the product purchase price if it meets the return requirements above. On this level we give you 61 to 90 days from the date we shipped the item to you from our warehouse. Again on the 61 to 90 day return level all returns are still subject to the return requirements above.



**Stringed instruments prices at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment.



The following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened/unused:

strings, reeds, software/soundware, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, cassettes, Books, CDs, DVDs, videos, cleaners, polishes, and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging. If defective, or not in a sealed original package, these items will only be exchanged for the same product.
